“ Delicious. Fast service, too. It was crowded but I was able to find an open seat at the bar. The bartender was nice and greeted me right away. I had the bowl of "Louisiana" shrimp gumbo. It was great; just spicy enough to clear my sinuses. Will definitely be going back again soon. ”
“ Pappadeaux's has always been a good spot to me. It's still good, but the prices have increased & the servings are smaller. Took my mom here for her 80th birthday celebration because it's her favorite restaurant. Went early on a Sunday & the food and service was great. I will definitely be back, but there are other seafood restaurants with better prices & larger servings. ”

“ We normally steer clear of chain restaurants because there is little difference between the other establishment, but we been to other Pappadeaux and during this visit the staff carried this chain. Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable of the menu items, and very generous of the bread table. We have been to two, one in Willowbrook and most recently in Richmond off 59. The place on Richmond off 59 was a nice place that matches to the theme of Pappadeaux. The inside is spacious and clean. The price on the menu has change very little, but there has been changes to the menu and it looks limited compared from our last visit in Willowbrook, granted that was a couple of years ago. The portions of the food seemed less and simplified. A little disappointing because this is not an inexpensive place and their competition offers more at this price range. We bought our own desert because it was a birthday celebration, and the cake was too much for nine people that we gave some to the staff. It was a good lunch, the restroom were clean and kept, we had good food and we left feeling; it was the waiter and staff that made the experience good. ”
“ 3.9 stars! Food was awesome but it was a little going on here tonight with other patrons. One group was standing up and laughing at something on another persons phone. Not sure if they had too much to drink but yea. Lol they were feeling it. We asked if there was a secret menu item of crawfish bread. Our waitress thought we said a seafood platter. Ended up bringing us fried crawfish and etouffee. Waiting for condiments and a beer was sorta on the long side. After paying, the waitress didnt show any contact at all. Walked off while mumbling "thanks for coming." She was pretty nice up until then. ”

Someone should clean up the cups customers leave outside so others can enjoy the tabl Brent our server was outstanding from start to finish. Very respectful and attentive to the table Very knowledgeable of the menu and has a great way of explaining things to the customer. Appetizers were amazing and full of flavor. Entrees were also full of flavor. Of course we had left overs but hey who doesn't love left overs. Prices are also reasonable for the freshness of the food and the quality. All the seafood we ate was fresh and cleaned perfectly. Not the first time eating here and won't be the last. Appreciate Brent and all his hard work that he is doing for the establishment. Great job team. ”
